There are artists who get invited to Vilnius once. And then there’s The Hacker, who the city keeps inviting back again and again. With more than three decades on the scene, the legend is one of the fathers of electroclash, has written genre-defining hits with Kittin, and built a discography that’s easy to get lost in. What’s much harder is staying relevant for that long. The Hacker has managed exactly that: his electro, EBM, and techno don’t sound like a trip down memory lane, but like music that still has plenty to do on the dancefloor. This October, we’ll finally see how it fares in the ELASTICA dungeon.
