About the workshop
Accessibility at festivals and in live music venues is still a challenge for many live music organisers. That is why Possibilize facilitates a workshop for representatives of music venues and festivals to try to break this misconception and help live music organisers in embracing accessibility. The Workshop encourages participants to see limitations as a springboard for creative solutions and possibilities. By fostering a deeper understanding of accessibility through exercises, personal stories and innovative models, the workshop highlights the importance of moving beyond compliance and towards inclusive, meaningful experiences for all.
Ronald Ligtenberg together with participants will explore real-life (in)accessibility experiences of two creators with visual impairment: Irma Jokštytė-Stanevičienė and Aurimas Papečkys.

Revelland is a network of music industry professionals, leading festivals, passionate musicians, cultural experts, branche organisations and two groups representing the audiences to which Revelland aims to create impact for: deaf people and people with intellectual disabilities. Estradà is one of Vilnius' most distinctive cultural spaces—a multifunctional venue for shared experiences, creativity, and exchange, located in the historic building that once housed Lithuania's first jazz club. Live music and performances are at the heart of its programme, with cultural events taking place almost every day. By day, Estradà operates as a café from 9:00 to 17:00, before transforming into a bar in the evening.
