IN A CLOUD – EEL
ALBUM LAUNCH CONCERT
⸻
The sound of an eel and a cowboy from a monotonous western floats. Somewhere in the distance, sirens of danger wail, a philosophical question turns like a vicious circle, and everything finally calms down in a cloud of fog.
⸻
19:00 – doors
19:30 – sound
For schoolchildren, students 5eu
All others 10 euros
⸻
In the program:
19:30
Gediminas Stepanavičius Quintet
Kazimieras Jušinskas – saxophones
Apolinaras Dubauskas – trumpet
Dominykas Norkūnas – guitar
Domantas Razmus – percussion
Gediminas Stepanavičius – bass
The music performed by the quintet balances between specific original compositions and the spontaneity of free improvisation. In this meeting of two sonic worlds, each member of the quintet reveals himself uniquely, individually, and all together as a group - ensemble, each time differently, but always energetically.

„"In a Cloud" (Klaudija Indriliūnaitė and Ina Kovaliova) is a duo that plays and creates meditative ambient / drone / noise / psychedelic rock style music. Effected guitars, drones, riffs and solo moments are combined using free improvisation. In this way, a musical narrative is created, which sounds different every time, but the points of agreement and the mood of the pieces are maintained.
Pianist, percussionist and improviser Arnas Mikalkėnas joined the recording of the album. He is a creator who is extremely attentive to sound, who is not only not afraid to experiment, but also actively seeks to transcend any musical framework and seek a unique relationship with music. During his career, the creator has accumulated extensive experience in various projects and collaborating with groups and various Lithuanian and foreign creators: Kenny Wollesen, Michael Moore, David Stacken, Kazutoki Umezu, Otomo Yoshihide, Marc Ducret, Haakon Berre, Anne Liis Poll, Nuria Andorra, Santiago Quintansa and others.
During the concert, the duo will also be joined by Mėta Gabrielė Pelegrimaitė-Kaupinė, a flutist and bassist, most often found on the free improvisational and contemporary music scenes. She plays in both ensembles and solo performances, is a member of "Fleitų 3", "Improdimensija Orchestra", "SNUS" and "Los Secretos de Pablo" and is the author of the alternative music solo project "ŠALNA".
⸻
The album "Ungurys" - monotonous, repetitive drum machine rhythms and guitar riffs, changing atmospheric textures, the energy of rock stylistics, noise elements and moments of free improvisation merge into a hypnotic, surreal and slightly unstable mood.

Subculture House "Kostmosas". Vokiečių g. 4

KOSTMOSAS Subculture House is a truly alternative cultural space where differences are not meant to divide, but to inspire curiosity and discovery. Dedicated to subcultural expression and DIY ethics rather than commercial success, the venue places creativity, individuality, and artistic freedom above profit. It serves as an alternative cultural boutique where artists working across visual art and sound can both create and present their work. At KOSTMOSAS, nightlife is understood not simply as entertainment, but as a platform for alternative culture, community building, and self-expression. The program focuses on non-mainstream genres, giving equal space to established artists and emerging creators. Rather than seeking mass appeal, the venue aims to reach its community through authenticity, direct engagement, and word-of-mouth communication rooted in DIY culture. Reflecting this philosophy, the venue has no prominent exterior signage. One of the project's core goals is to restore the primacy of artistic content over consumption. Another is to build a community that can help revive and cultivate similar non-commercial cultural initiatives throughout Lithuania's regions.
