Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the functions, services, obligations, and contracts of the Association, or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, to fulfill a legal obligation applicable to the data controller, to pursue the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest.

Personal data is processed and stored in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other legal acts governing the processing and protection of personal data. The Association, having implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures, ensures the security of the processed personal data in order to protect it from unlawful destruction, accidental alteration, disclosure, and any unlawful processing.

If at any time you decide that the information we process about you is incorrect, you may request access to this information, demand its correction or deletion (except in cases required by law where data must be retained), or request to suspend the processing of your personal data if the processing is unlawful. If you wish to exercise your rights, you may submit a written request to us via email at info@vnb.lt.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of legal requirements, you may submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania via email at ada@ada.lt or directly at L.
