VERANDA – the embassy of bohemian Žvėrynas, where cuisine, wine, live jazz, and relaxation come together in one space.
Where a glass of wine is not an accessory, but like another part of the instrument.
Food here brings people together - around the table, around a long-forgotten story.
Naturalness, freshness, culinary improvisation - we serve all of this every day.
For 21 years now, we have been welcoming everyone who misses jazz in their lives or who lives to the rhythm of jazz in the historic Žvėrynas.

JAZZ DUO
Milda Arčikauskaite – vocals
Leonidas Mieldažis – piano

Milda Arčikauskaitė is a singer, voice actress, dancer and voice teacher. She studied jazz vocals at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Vilnius, and jazz vocals at the Jazz Department of the Latvian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Performs traditional jazz, free jazz, academic, experimental, and improvisational music, is interested in the ethnoculture of Lithuanians and other nations, traditional music, and sings Gregorian chant.
He creates his own compositions, projects that synthesize music and poetry, music and dance.

Leonidas Mieldažis baigė Lietuvos Muzikos Akademiją. Grojo įvairiuose muzikos projektuose: „Sufle“, „Goldien Melodies“, „Gėlių Vaikai“, „Monkes Blues“, „The Road Band“.
Yra dalyvavęs įvairių stilių festivaliuose, bendradarbiavo įrašant kelias dešimtis albumų. Solinę karjerą pradėjo Italijoje Piano baruose. Koncertavo Lenkijoje, Varšuvos klubuose.
Currently working at Vilnius College and Vilnius Conservatory.
