What does the role of women in the Lithuanian music industry look like today, what changes are taking place, what challenges are being faced, and what could be even better?
Women working in different areas of the Lithuanian music industry will share their experiences and thoughts, from artist management and producing creative projects to fostering the nightlife economy.

By day, Estradà operates as a café from 9:00 to 17:00, before transforming into a bar in the evening.
