We welcome you to the "Festival X" for young creators at Estrãda!
On June 14 at 6:00 p.m., we invite you to get up close and personal with creators trying their hand at the opera genre – young directors and artists, whose ideas will be realized on the largest stage of the Lithuanian theater. A competition organized before the festival invited them to create a unique interpretation of an excerpt from the opera "The Marriage of Figaro".
The event will be attended by directors Gabrielė Česevičiūtė and Gabrielė Tumaitė, scenography and costume designers Augustė Ilginytė and Justas Sabastijanskas, video projection artist Austėja Glušokaitė, "Festvalio X" playwright Gabrielė Bakšytė, and DJ Mirror Slave, who prepared surprises for him.
The conversation will be moderated by Julijus Grickevičius.
We meet on Sunday at Estrãda (Vilniaus st. 22-3). Admission is free.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
„Festival X is a one-day festival at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. On June 27, opera, ballet, performance and contemporary art will come together under one roof.
The letter X in the festival's name stands for the unknown - that which has not yet been discovered, but will soon become visible. It is a stage for a new generation of theatre, and for the audience - an opportunity to be the first to see new names, to feel the currents of the theatre's future.
