The controversial and unconventional compositions "Dad" and "Death Will Do Us Part" already make it clear in advance that this audition will not be the most emotionally peaceful evening.
The album's open and uncomfortable lyrics mix with "kieša", "prisivažinėjom", "antanas eina namo" and other legendary samples of Lithuanian internet videos from the 2000s. Humor and intimate confessions here lead to complete absurdity.
The album also marks a new stage in the creative process of "savimyla". Until now, Matas Petkūnas, who has mostly composed alone, has now included more other artists in his work. Leonardas Mekionis, who composed almost all of the acoustic and electric guitars, has contributed significantly to the sound of the album.
We will listen to the album from beginning to end, and before and after listening we will talk about the songs, their creation, and this entire creative process.
