About the event
French jazz star Robinson Khoury is a trombonist and composer who is rapidly conquering the European stages. He is known to the public from his performances with Ibrahim Maalouf, Natacha Atlas, as well as the legendary Quincy Jones Orchestra. His work has received recognition - the album Broken Lines was honored by the Académie Charles Cros, and in March 2025. he won the prestigious Django Reinhardt Prize - the title of the best jazz musician of the year in France.
With her new project, MŸA Khoury invites you on a musical journey where jazz, Middle Eastern harmonies, electroacoustic landscapes and mesmerizing vocal improvisations meet. This is music that connects roots and future, the organic beginning of life and modern sound technologies.
The 2025 Victoires du Jazz nomination for "Best Concert of the Year" confirms once again that Robinson Khoury is one of the most prominent figures on the contemporary jazz scene today.
