About the event
Starting September 3rd, all Thursday evenings and nights at the Kostmosas Subculture House will once again belong to Rastadieniais!
So, if you're inclined to enjoy and stomp to the sounds of drum'n'bass and dub broken rhythms, reggae jungle motifs, which will be served by the most famous DJs and selectors of these genres, be sure to mark your calendar for next Thursday. And if it's already taken, check out the other dates and mark them on your calendar!
The expected dates are:
September – 3, 10, 17, 24;
October – 1, 8, 15, 22, 29;
November – 5, 12, 19, 26.

Just a reminder:
The Kostmosas Subculture House has the status of a Choir, therefore we are partially funded by the Vilnius City Municipality.
Kostmos is more of a home for us than a bar or club, so we are very sensitive to disrespect for the place or those around us. Even the slightest demonstration of aggression, racism, nationalism, homophobia or intolerance towards “others” is condemned. Alcohol is sold in the bar and any use of other or imported drugs in the space is not tolerated. If illegal drug dealers are identified, their activities are recorded and transferred to law enforcement agencies.
Home should not only be cozy but also safe, so we will always protect it without the slightest scruple.

KOSTMOSAS Subculture House is a truly alternative cultural space where differences are not meant to divide, but to inspire curiosity and discovery. Dedicated to subcultural expression and DIY ethics rather than commercial success, the venue places creativity, individuality, and artistic freedom above profit. It serves as an alternative cultural boutique where artists working across visual art and sound can both create and present their work. At KOSTMOSAS, nightlife is understood not simply as entertainment, but as a platform for alternative culture, community building, and self-expression. The program focuses on non-mainstream genres, giving equal space to established artists and emerging creators. Rather than seeking mass appeal, the venue aims to reach its community through authenticity, direct engagement, and word-of-mouth communication rooted in DIY culture. Reflecting this philosophy, the venue has no prominent exterior signage. One of the project's core goals is to restore the primacy of artistic content over consumption. Another is to build a community that can help revive and cultivate similar non-commercial cultural initiatives throughout Lithuania's regions.
