We invite you to the double presentation and exhibition of "Catalog & OPA" books on Thursday, September 3, at 8 p.m.

Lieven Lahaye will present the publication "Catalog: collected" (Catalog Publishing, 2026).

„Catalog is an ongoing publishing project dedicated to the topic of cataloging. Written by Lieven Lahaye and designed by Ott Metusala, the book brings together, for the first time, the different issues of Catalog, published since 2020. They were originally created as structures to accompany and complement exhibitions, events and conversations.

The project began with a single object of interest – the almost invisible writer Duncan Smith – and eventually took many unexpected directions, until it finally ended up somewhere… in between the various.

The book features works and texts by Phil Baber, Carlo Canún, Kasia Fudakowski, Annie Goodner, Meg Miller, Noah Emanuel Morrison, Joke Robaard, Duncan Smith, and Anu Vahtra, as well as material from Kathy Acker, Sylvère Lotringer, Terrence Sellers, Semiotext(e), and the IISG archives.

The exhibition continues the "Catalog" project in the space's windows - various elements from different issues of the publication are painted on the glass. The exhibition will be open for two more weeks after the book's launch.
