On the evening of September 25th, DOWNTOWN PIANO LAB invites you to an intimate solo piano concert dedicated to one of the most subtle and influential jazz pianists - Bill Evans.

Bill Evans' music is distinguished by its special sensitivity, the depth of harmonies, and the silence that becomes as important as every note in his works. His musical world is made up of fragile melodies, unexpected harmonic turns, and calm improvisations that allow you to stop and immerse yourself, at least for a moment.

During the evening, Bill Evans' favorite works and compositions, precisely in his style, will be performed by pianist virtuoso Vytautas Straižys, appreciated by listeners for his expressive sound and ability to turn each piece into a living story born at that moment.

„"Bill Evans: Alone" is an evening without rush and unnecessary noise. Just the piano, a close connection with the audience, and music that touches the deepest emotions.
