„"MARTY'S EXPERIMENT CLUB" is a contemporary jazz, folk and experimental music group led by Lithuanian saxophonist and composer Martynas Šerpytis. This group seeks to combine sounds, culture, emotions, melodies and energy into a single whole that touches people's hearts. The group simply enjoys the process of creating music, searching for new sounds, paying attention to the smallest moments and experimenting with electronics, effects, unexpected phrasing, atypical rhythms, free improvisation, reactions and mutual interaction while playing music.
Essentially, Marty's Experiment Club is a living sound laboratory, a space where vulnerability meets risk and curiosity fuels creativity. Each performance is a step into the unknown, where the music breathes, expands, and changes in real time, taking both the band and the audience through moments of tension, beauty, fragility, and explosion. The emotional sincerity of the music is paramount: one moment the melodies can seem intimate and open, and the next they can erupt into a sharp, collective energy. Beneath this spontaneity lies a subtle sense of form and preparation that gently shapes this journey, allowing freedom to exist in a common direction. It is this balance of heart and instinct that gives the music its deep humanity, vitality, and personality.
During the concert, the band will present their debut album, which will be available for purchase in vinyl format after the concert.
The group consists of a unique, international composition of members, each of whom contributes their best qualities:

KOSTMOSAS Subculture House is a truly alternative cultural space where differences are not meant to divide, but to inspire curiosity and discovery. Dedicated to subcultural expression and DIY ethics rather than commercial success, the venue places creativity, individuality, and artistic freedom above profit. It serves as an alternative cultural boutique where artists working across visual art and sound can both create and present their work. At KOSTMOSAS, nightlife is understood not simply as entertainment, but as a platform for alternative culture, community building, and self-expression. The program focuses on non-mainstream genres, giving equal space to established artists and emerging creators. Rather than seeking mass appeal, the venue aims to reach its community through authenticity, direct engagement, and word-of-mouth communication rooted in DIY culture. Reflecting this philosophy, the venue has no prominent exterior signage. One of the project's core goals is to restore the primacy of artistic content over consumption. Another is to build a community that can help revive and cultivate similar non-commercial cultural initiatives throughout Lithuania's regions.
