A jam session is an evening where no one knows the script in advance. Here, music is born on stage - from spontaneous encounters, unexpected musical dialogues, and an immediate connection between musicians and listeners.

Anyone who wants to play can take the Jam Session stage - there is no pre-agreement about who will play with whom and what. The musicians meet right there on stage, making every evening unique and special.

One evening a new piece can be born here, the next a new band, or sometimes just a musical moment that will never happen again. Age, experience, or names are not the most important thing here - what matters is the desire to play, listen, and be a part of jazz.

A jam session brings together those who are united by one reason - their love for jazz.

The first Jam Session of the new season will be opened by a specially assembled group, which will bring together musicians from three different generations. Different experiences, musical approaches and jazz traditions will come together on one stage, becoming a great symbol of the beginning of the new season.
Lithuanian jazz legends will appear on stage: saxophonist Vytautas Labutis and drummer Arkadijus Gotesmanas. Together with them on stage will be a representative of the middle generation and a former student of Vytautas Labutis, Karolis Šarkus, pianist Richardas Banys, and double bassist Aliaksei Kryshtal. We will also see Karolis Šarkus' own student, Vilnius College student Nojs Dabravalskis.
