The Gypsy Swing 4 quartet invites you to a concert steeped in traditions and European jazz called Midnight In Paris, where romance and feelings will intertwine with passionate rhythms, lightning-fast acoustic improvisations, and Gabija Baužaitė's exceptional, rich, velvety vocals. An evening of good music by candlelight, reeking of a Parisian atmosphere, awaits.

The program will include not only works by such legendary representatives of the genre as Django Reinhardt or Bireli Lagrene, but also songs from the traditional swing repertoire of Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Prima, Ethel Waters. The music of representatives of modern jazz and traditional music Cyrille Aimee, Pink Martini and other famous performers will also be performed in different languages.
One of the most prominent creators of the Lithuanian accordion scene, Nerijus Bakula, is a participant in many jazz and other music genre festivals and projects on the national and international stages. With his virtuoso control of the instrument, he will not only remind us of the music that once sounded on the streets and cafes of Paris, but will also surprise skeptics who doubt the place of this instrument in jazz. He will be accompanied by the excellent guitarist Aidas Tamulevičius, who pays special attention to traditional jazz/swing and jazz manouche (gypsy) music and this year won 1st place in the „Jazz/Acoustic’ category of the annual competition “Tamsta GUITAR DAY '26„, and the talented double bass player Aistis Kondratas. This instrumental Trio sounded great at the Kaunas Philharmonic in the spring. In this concert, the masculine energy will be subtly complemented by the owner of an impressive voice, a participant in many jazz, R&B and soul music projects, Gabija Baužaitė, whose sensual and deep performance leaves no one indifferent.
