About the event
The ritual folklore group "Kūlgrinda" will invite you to enjoy the awakening spring and free song at the March "Pa(ra)gauti folklore" gathering. 🌿
„The repertoire of "Kūlgrinda" is dominated by Eastern Lithuanian folklore, with a great deal of attention paid to sutartinės. The members of the group, delving into the rituals and folklore of calendar holidays, the human life cycle - baptisms, weddings, funerals - spread the heritage of their ancestors in Lithuania and beyond. In an effort to not separate traditions from today's life, the members of "Kūlgrinda" are not afraid to look at folklore creatively.
You can stay in the cozy circle of "Kūlgrinda" and learn their beloved military-historical songs and sutartinės on March 12 at 7 p.m. at "Miesto Laboratorija" (Antakalnio g. 17-13)
_____
Admission is free. During the singing, a bar will be open in the café, inviting you to enrich the evening with a warm drink and snacks. ☕️
