We are lucky people – on March 25th we will have the opportunity to hear José González's new release, probably the first in the world!
José González is one of our heroes and a very musical soul.
The world has become even darker since José González's last album, Local Valley. This is why José González's new album is more open, sharper in language, and his music is more tense, frustrated, and angry.
„"Against The Dying Of The Light" focuses on the fears raised by technology, harmful ways of thinking, and divisive ideologies.
„"As a citizen of the world who cares about today, I wrote these songs as a response to our times. We live in a time of impressive progress. However, this period also marks a disturbing return to dogmatic ideologies and an ever-increasing sense of an uncertain future. These songs are about how we can help humanity thrive – both individually and collectively," says José González himself in introducing the new album.

The entire evening will be dedicated to the work of José González. We have previously invited you to a screening of his documentary "The Extraordinary Simple Life of José González".
We agreed that José González would also send us a signed vinyl for us to listen to.
