About the event
In 2008, we started playing in the courtyard of the Lithuanian Zapos – Liudas Gira in front of the Ministry of Education. We named ourselves exactly like a company of tasies, and since then we have been a rock and roll band. In 2010, we released the band's debut album dedicated to country music lovers 'SU GELTONU SNAPELIU'. In 2014, we presented the mini-album 'AMERIKA', which we recorded at the legendary LRT Opus studio. Since 2015, the ranks of the band's honorary members have been joined by the famous national musician, physician and drummer, ambassador of love Laurynas Šarkinas. In 2020, the band recorded its first white vinyl record and third studio album 'TEKANČIOM UPĖM'. Throughout the band's existence, over thirty musicians from all over Lithuania flew together, they changed, rotated, grew and complemented each other, some stayed too long, others were asked backstage, but in the end, the members of the BK band are first and foremost a group of friends, taking off on a bird's flight for a few moments. MUSIC LIVES HERE! The stage of the live music club "Tamsta" located in the very heart of Vilnius' Old Town has been open for 20 years to both emerging talents and stars of the Lithuanian and world stage. It's easy to dream and enjoy life when music sounds: jazz, soul, classical, sung poetry, rock and everything that inspires. Musicians leave a piece of themselves here, and listeners can feel a close connection with the performer. The colorful atmosphere of the club is created not only by concerts. Visitors have already become accustomed to listening to stand-up comedy performances and participating in talk evenings. It doesn't matter how old your ears are - Tamsta Club is waiting! Children under 10 years old can enter the events free of charge, and our doors are always open to listeners with dogs. Do you have an idea? Bring it to "Tamsta Club", because music lives here! ◆ We invite young people to concerts with their parents, grandparents, and guardians! After all, a musical experience together strengthens the bond with those who are nearby at that time. ◆ Young people under 18 years of age will be admitted to Tamsta concerts accompanied by older family members for free.
