The residency will conclude with two live performances, offering audiences the opportunity to experience the music as it emerges in real time \u2013 spontaneous, experimental, and shaped by collective creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participating artists are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vilt\u0117 Gustyt\u0117 \u2013 handmade instruments, radio receivers, guitar, and noise (Vilnius)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erik Lunde \u2013 trumpet, synthesizers (Aalborg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krzysztof Maciejko \u2013 double bass (Aalborg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klara Goliger \u2013 piano, synthesizers, keyboards (Gothenburg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daiyen Jone Castro \u2013 various flutes and electronics (Bergen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representing Vilnius\u2019 nightlife and experimental music scene, Vilt\u0117 Gustyt\u0117 is known for her unconventional handmade instruments and sensitivity to urban soundscapes. Her participation reflects the voice of Vilnius as an open, creative, and artistically adventurous city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCollaborations like this are incredibly important to us. They allow artists from Vilnius to connect with international networks, exchange knowledge and experiences, and strengthen the city\u2019s reputation as a culturally bold and experimental place. We are delighted that Vilt\u0117 is part of a project connecting musicians from four different cities,\u201d says the Vilnius Night Office team.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project forms part of Vilnius\u2019 participation in the Music Cities Network, an international network connecting music ecosystems around the world and fostering cultural cooperation. Through this network, Vilnius stands alongside cities such as Aalborg, Bergen, Gothenburg, Berlin, Hamburg, Groningen, Sydney, Reykjavik, and many others, creating opportunities for future collaborations, residencies, and creative exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are incredibly happy to be part of Music Cities Network \u2013 a platform that makes projects like Fallen Flags possible and connects Vilnius with some of the world\u2019s most forward-thinking music cities.\u201d &#8211; Vilnius Night Office.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fallen Flags joins a growing number of initiatives building creative bridges between cities across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
